What does the priest mean by "in joyful hope in rising again"? Does it mean not all will rise again?
Answer:
All the dead will be resurrected on the last day (Catechism, 998). The “joyful hope” is that we will be resurrected to enjoy the kingdom of God and not eternal separation from God.
