No Age Limit for Mass Obligation

Question:

Does a 75-year-old Catholic need to go to Mass every Sunday?

Answer:

All Catholics who have reached the age of reason have an obligation to attend Sunday and holy day Masses when we are capable. If someone is incapable of attending Mass, then the obligation is abrogated, regardless of age.
