Is it okay to listen to music of an artist who is opposed to the Catholic Church, but doesn’t reflect this in their music?
Answer:
The Church does not require that we only interact with people who agree with us 100%. Whether or not to listen to or purchase the work of an artist who is opposed to the Catholic Church is a matter of prudential judgment. A Catholic of good conscience and attention could choose either option.
