Question:
can someone receive communion after a civil wedding while wating for a radical sanation?
Answer:
A radical sanation is when there is an invalid attempt at marriage (e.g. a Catholic getting married civilly) and rather than exchanging vows again the Bishop instead “retroactively” issues a dispensation from form and accepts the original exchange of vows.
Until the radical sanation is granted it is an invalid marriage therefore it is best to wait until it is granted before receiving communion.
