A Funeral for an Aborted Baby

A funeral Mass could be held for any deceased child, even one who died due to abortion. If a woman regretted her abortion and wished to have a funeral Mass for her deceased child, she could certainly do so. The funeral Mass would use the readings and prayers of the “Mass for Children Who Died Without Baptism.”
