Answer:
In short, God’s word in sacred Scripture cannot be superior to the God from whom it emanates. Jesus Christ is the eternal word of Word who became flesh (John 1:1-3, 14).
Jesus is the fullness of Revelation (CCC 65-67), and Revelation is transmitted through sacred Tradition and Scripture (CCC 74-82). Scripture is written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (CCC 105ff.), who is one with the Father and the Son in the Holy Trinity. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth (John 16:13). So there can be no conflict between Jesus and Scripture.
