May a Laicized Priest Get Married?

Question:

May a priest, after being laicized and after dispensation of his celibacy vow, get married validly in the Church?

Answer:

Dispensation from a sacred vow of celibacy is not automatically granted to a laicized priest. But if he is granted that dispensation, the answer is “yes.”

For more on the matter of reducing priests to the lay state, see this 1972 Declaration from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
