Answer:
The best guide is the Church’s official guide, i.e., the “Manual of Indulgences” or “The Handbook of Indulgences,” which has also been traditionally known as “The Enchiridion of Indulgences.” The current edition was published in 1999 by the Holy See and made available in English in 2006.
