Do I Need to Thank God for Being Lonely?

Question:

Do I need to thank God for me being lonely?

Answer:

Better stated, we should thank amidst God our loneliness, reminding ourselves that he is faithful and will bring good out of our struggles (Rom. 8:28; 2 Cor. 12:8-10). In that regard, we should realize that God doesn’t want us to be alone in terms of human support, and that we need to continue our prayers lives amidst our struggles when he feels absent from us, which is difficult but needed.
