Are Artificial Wombs OK?

Question:

Should artificial wombs be supported by Catholics?

Answer:

Artificial wombs seek to contravene the God-inscribed, unbreakable bond between the love-giving and life-giving aspects of the marital act (CCC 2369-70). They are therefore morally prohibited (see CCC 2273; 2376-79).
