Msgr. Michael Servinsky is vicar general of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He holds licentiate degrees in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome and in Canon Law from the Catholic University of America, and a doctorate in Ministry from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Since 1975, he has served in a variety of ministerial capacities, including parochial vicar, pastor, and several positions within the diocesan tribunal.
