Fr. Thomas J. Davis, J.D., LL.M., M.A., is the chair of the Bioethics Graduate Concentration program at Holy Apostles College & Seminary in Cromwell, CT. From 1991 to 2021 he served as assistant attorney general of the State of Connecticut. Fr. Davis is also the founder and president of the Liberty Institute for Faith & Ethics (L.I.F.E) and is the Director of L.I.F.E.’s Saint John Paul II Bioethics Center, Religious Liberty Observatory, and Center for the Study of Bioethics & Law. He is currently the pastor of St. Ann in Danbury, CT.
