Alexander Frank converted to the Catholic faith in 2019 from Kashmiri Shaivism, a sophisticated form of yoga and the origin of yoga’s modern manifestation. Before resting in the fullness of truth, he searched through many partial systems. He served five years as a U.S. Army Ranger, is a graduate of Yale Law School, and is currently a student at the Augustine Institute.
