Catholic Answers’ popular book Why We’re Catholic is about to make the leap from the printed page to a pair of speakers (or earbuds) near you. Author Trent Horn has put the finishing touches on the audiobook edition of his runaway best-seller, and it’s now available at the Catholic Answers shop.
“Why We’re Catholic will always be my favorite book,” Trent said. “I have seen more fruits of conversion—and re-conversion—than I have from anything else I’ve ever done.” Its effectiveness has been underscored by the many people who have bought dozens or hundreds of copies in bulk to give away to family and friends, to their parish, and even to strangers on the street.
But despite all the souls that Why We’re Catholic has touched, there has been one audience it hasn’t reached: those who prefer to listen to their books.
“I’ve had many requests from people who want the book’s message but aren’t able to sit down and read it,” Trent said. “They were my inspiration for recording the audiobook.”
